You will have the opportunity to act both as Bizdev manager itself (involved in communication, search and negotiations with PSPs) and to build an entire business department as the Leader: introduce and improve processes, be an example for your employees, lead a team to achieve goals and KPIs.

Also, you will have the possibility to play both roles: as a client (merchant) and as a payment service provider (payment gateway), so you will know the process from different angles.

You will report directly to the CEO and be surrounded by professional colleagues with good experience in the domain.

Main Responsibilities:

  • leading PSP Bizdev department: training of new employees, building and monitoring goals and KPIs, performance review of team members, strategic planning.
  • active research for the new potential clients and PSPs for the payment gateway
  • generating a strong pipeline of leads and PSPs through the network
  • leading and engaging in negotiations
  • boarding new merchants and PSP, monitoring the process to make sure it’s done in a timely manner
  • closing the deals, after-sales service
  • payment product platform quality assurance – gathering the feedback on the product and project management for tech changes within the product (if requested by client) –
  • active dealing with incoming internal requests from Softswiss current clients in regards to new payment markets and methods
  • active, ongoing, weekly research on competition in terms of other online casinos operating in our main geo’s but also other payment gateways with a similar offering
  • attending shows, events, conferences, summits, networking events
  • staying aligned with internal company procedures – CRM updates, building new procedures
  • active and ongoing research on new payment regulations and procedures in several jurisdictions

Crucial Skills:

  • Fluent in English. Russian or another language will be a plus
  • Strong interest in the Fintech industry
  • Experienced in establishing and maintaining strong business relationships
  • Experience in the iGaming industry
  • In-Depth negotiation skills
  • experience in managing and building a team, processes and procedures
  • experience with KPI, their configuration, tracking, creating
  • strategic planning
  • ability to independently and systematically achieve goals
