Job responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support to assist in the development, evaluation, and administration of programs and policies (keen focus on benefits)
  • Analyze labor market across different geo locations (Poland, Georgia, Serbia, Lithuania etc.)
  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys (Mercer, Korn Ferry, Radford etc.)
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring of emerging market trends and best practices
  • Work on range of compensation related task
  • Prepare periodic audits and reports upon request

Job requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Compensations and Benefits, preferably in multi-national organisation
    Practical knowledge about benefits negotiation and management as well as work with insurance provider
  • Exposure to performance review process in previous companies
  • Strong analytical skills
  • General knowledge of compensation practices
  • Ability to work in tight deadlines and set priorities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Russian language (not a must)
