The SOFTSWISS Employer Brand Marketing Team is hiring a full-time Content Specialist to join the Team. We are a group of marketers with mixed backgrounds and experience, promoting SOFTSWISS as a great place of work. Given the current workload we are looking to expand our team to delegate a part of content creation tasks, such as Instagram management, internal news and articles creation, interviews with colleagues and external career blog materials.

We would love for you to help us increase the number of internal communication and manage Instagram account, as well as external career blog. We would like to see a person experienced in content creation in English, acknowledged with internal communication practices and an advanced Instagram user, eager to learn more and develop in communications.

Responsibilities

  • Take concrete steps towards implementing Employer Brand Instagram strategy
  • Manage and execute on our Instagram and internal (Mattermost) calendar
  • Generate content ideas based on brands, business, HR and employees news and updates to increase employees engagement
  • Write copy and produce creatives for Instagram and internal posts and articles, using the format and content appropriate to the context. We work with an in-house designer
  • Work closely with other teams within SOFTSWISS in content creation tasks

Requirements

  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Strong communication skills, ability to gather necessary information
  • +2 years working with Instagram
  • Competent written and oral speech: Russian, English
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (C1 or even C2); don’t tell us you are a C1 speaker unless you can back it up. At the same time, feel free to apply if you can brush up on your skills in a short period of time
  • Higher education (in the field of information and communication, PR, journalism, marketing) OR proof of relevant experience in a similar position or company from 2 years
  • Savvy computer user with an interest in tech

  • Working with either copy or data does not scare you
  • You feel comfortable working in a big team and communicating with colleagues from different departments to get the information you need
  • You do a lot of reading and likely have more email subscriptions and saved articles than you can count
  • You are open to relocating to a different country or are already living abroad (we have offices in Poland, Georgia, Malta, and Belarus)
