We’re looking for HR Admin to join our HR Team in Poland.


  • Maintenance of the personnel records (employee registration, communication about payment cards transfers between legal entities, vacations, dismissal of employees, some questions about legalization);
  • Drawing up job descriptions, employment contracts, contracts, NDA, local regulations, etc.;
  • Issuance of certificates and other documents from the employer;
  • Maintenance of the incoming and outgoing correspondence


  • basic knowledge of the Polish Labor Code,
  • basic knowledge of social security and income tax,
  • keeping personal files, settlement of business trips expierence,
  • monitoring the expiry dates of contracts, medical examinations, health and safety training, signing contracts,
  • knowledge of the portal
  • obtain work permits for foreigners (especially “oświadczenie o powierzeniu pracy”), obtain “informacja starosty”
  • preparation of documents for a residence permit (załącznik nr. 1)
  • knowledge of the processes of legalization of stay and employment of foreigners,
  • contact with authorities,
  • translation of internal documents from Polish into Russian or English.
