Job Summary

Associate HR Business Partner is responsible for executing the Human Resources agenda in support of the business plan and strategic direction of SOFTSWISS company, specifically in the areas of corporate culture, onboarding and adaptation, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits.

Associate HR Business Partner provides operational support of company HR processes within dedicated business units.

Job Responsibilities

  • Together with the HR Business Partner, acts as a single point contact for HR matters for the employees and managers in the dedicated business units, provides overall guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, recognition, training, leadership development, performance management, compensation and benefits in the dedicated business unit
  • Executes best practices to promote employee engagement and to enable a high-performing workforce to contribute to the company’s strategic growth
  • Deliver high-quality, customer-focused HR services both to the leadership team and employees
  • Together with the HR Business Partners and the recruiting team develops comprehensive hiring plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals
  • Ensures high-quality onboarding and adaptation for all newly hired or promoted employees
  • Together with the Total Rewards team implements and supports comprehensive Compensation and Benefits plans
  • Together with the Total Rewards team and leadership team facilitates Performance Reviews
  • Together with the HR Business Partner and leadership team facilitates the process of Personal Development Plan creation and implementation (regular discussions, track of the progress, follow up with the management)
  • Together with the HR Business Partner and the Talent Development team creates and supports an annual Training Plan based on the Organizational and Individual learning needs
  • Works with the company’s leadership team, HR Business Partners and Talent Development team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company
  • Manage employee relations
  • Together with HR Administrators ensures OrgCharts, Job Descriptions, and employees files are in place and regularly updated
  • Enhances the safety and wellness of employees
  • Organizes Exit Interviews and ensures smooth execution of Offboarding process
  • Creates action plans together with the HR Business Partners and HR Center of Expertise and follows up on their implementation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, and a degree in HR is an advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
  • Proven ability to have a hands-on approach to managing HR operations in companies
  • Successful experience in the implementation and support of HR programs and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and experience with varied human resource information system
  • B2+ English, spoken and written
