Job Summary

HR Business Partner is responsible for executing human resources agenda in support of the business plan and strategic direction of SOFTSWISS company, specifically in the areas of corporate culture, succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits.

HR Business Partner provides strategic leadership and operational support by articulating HR needs and plans to the HR Center of Expertise and by implementing HR programs for employees.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as HR business partner to senior leadership focused on HR agenda designed to recruit, develop, and motivate employees
  • Execute best practices to promote employee engagement and to enable a high-performing workforce to contribute to the company’s strategic growth
  • Work with the company’s senior leadership team and Talent Development team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company
  • Together with the recruiting team develop comprehensive recruiting plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals
  • Ensure high quality onboarding and adaptation for all newly hired or promoted employees
  • Together with the Total Rewards team develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans
  • Together with the Total Rewards team and senior management facilitate Performance Reviews
  • Together with the senior management support the process of Individual Development Plan creation and implementation (regular discussions, track of the progress, follow up with the management)
  • Together with the Talent Development create and implement annual Training Plan based on the Organizational and Individual learning needs
  • Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, recognition, training, leadership development, performance management, compensation and benefits in the business line
  • Coach managers on how to develop teams
  • Manage employee relations
  • Together with HR Administrators ensure Orgcharts, Job Descriptions and employees files are in place and regularly updated
  • Enhance safety and wellness of employees
  • Organize exit interviews. Create action plans and together with HR Center of Expertise follow up on their implementation

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in HR is an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience
  • Proven ability to have a hands-on approach to managing HR operations in companies
  • Successful implementation of HR programs and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and experience with varied human resource information system
  • Fluent English, spoken and written
