SOFTSWISS is seeking a reliable individual for the position of Inbound BizDev Manager. As a rapidly-growing business, we receive a lot of requests for collaboration from potential customers or partners. You will be “on the frontline”, addressing all inbound communication, qualifying potential customers, and routing them to appropriate team members. Solid command of English is a must!

Responsibilities:

  • Processing inbound contact requests from prospective customers
  • Consulting them on the key aspects of our company’s products
  • Screening potential customers to help decide on or prioritise their onboarding
  • Contributing to our sales documentation and keeping it up to date

Requirements:

  • Great working command of English (B2 or higher)
  • Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
  • Nice communication skills
  • Open-mindedness and openness to feedback

Work Conditions:
