About the product
SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator is a solution for online casino websites that allows them to acquire gaming content from a number of game producers through one integration.
There are two ways for a casino to get games: they have to work either directly with the producers or with their partners – game aggregators. The second option is a common practice since the casino’s one-time effort to integrate into the game aggregator pays off with thousands of games becoming available at once.
Currently, we provide games for over 300 domains. To date, our portfolio consists of over 60 game vendors that are available through the Game Aggregator. In total it’s more than 10,000 games to choose from. But it’s not about the size – it’s about the quality and stability of our software.

About Aggregator Dev teams
A8R team is responsible for “Live” tasks (like 3rd line support), requests from Casinos or Game Providers (improvements, fixes, etc) or other “Aggregator Dev” teams.
AID (architecture, infrastructure, data) is technical team, responsible for Aggregator infrastructure, data storing and export. Provide solutions and works with A8R & Features teams.
Features team is responsible for new functionality development for Clients (Casinos) – BackOffice, Tournaments, iFrame, etc.

– Overall QA Strategy creation, planning & execution for “Aggregator Dev” department (manual and automation)
Definition of quality standards and procedures, ensuring that standards are met.
Set QA OKRs, contribute into department OKRs
– Proactive QA workflow audit and improvements proposals, align with QA Leads & Project Managers
Understand QA work specifics per each team
Current processes / methodology challenge
Quality gates management
Quality trends analysis in each team (based on measured data) and AIs generation
Participate in Production Incident retrospectives, contribute into AIs generation
Introduce relevant QA-related best practices
– Manage QA-related projects/initiatives
Form “QA Leads” work group
Manage AQA backlog with AQA Lead, provide it’s execution per each team
Lead performance testing activities (form requirements, planning, etc.)
Contribution into CI/CD process from QA perspective
– Regular “QA stream” results reporting.
– AQA Lead and Lead QAs supervision:
PDPs & annual performance review
Mentoring, support with Education\Trainings
Perform p2p (career-related)

– QA Lead / QA Manager experience in several companies
– Doesn’t work “hands on” as QA
– Closer to Manager (has strategic view, not 1 team focus)
– Experienced with building QA departments & processes from scratch
– Proactive, high energy level & great interpersonal communicational skills
– English level: upper-intermediate or higher

Motivation for candidate:
