Responsibilities:

• Play a part in this working within our safer gambling team by monitoring and reviewing customer activity; taking the decision to act when you identify a customer may be in the process of experiencing gambling related harm
• Provide support, advice and guidance on safer gambling, to all internal teams in different aspects of the account-handling
• Ensure any disputes are resolved to licence guidelines fairly to both the customer and company
• Assessment and review of player activity, based on various reports and alerts
• Handling player impacting requests in a timely manner
• Keeping accurate records to support audit and evidence requirements
• Plan and deliver RG training to First Line Support teams
• Identify and escalate issues identified as areas of concern with regards to safer gambling

Requirements:

• Previous experience of working in a Safer Gambling environment preferred
• Fluency in English
• Strong investigation & judgement skills
• High level of empathy and understanding in sensitive situations
• Able to work as part of a team and alone
• iGaming industry experience is a must
• Be able to handle pressure
