Team overview:

We invite you to take the challenge and join our team of Systems Engineers, the IT heart of the company. It makes the DevOps magic works, serves all the product development teams, manages the production infrastructure, implements rich monitoring, consulting the company’s clients, and so on. Our Systems Engineer team produces high-class service with a focus on security and reliability. The company’s business operates 24/7 and requires keen eyes on the IT processes.
The team is in the continuous process of the tools and practices improvements. It’s always answering the development teams’ and clients’ needs. Our current stack:


We are Agile-oriented and use the Kanban framework in the lifecycle of our operations. Furthermore, we are those who solve the most complex technical challenges, helping the development teams to deliver the best products.

About you:

  • 3+ years experience working as dedicated Project Manager/Service Manager in a software development company;
  • Good knowledge of service management;
  • Good command of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban;
  • Experience with estimation and planning, roadmap creation;
  • Command of coaching and facilitation;
  • People oriented;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Strategic and innovative thinking;
  • Team player attitude, understanding of the fact that PM is not a boss but a team member with a certain set of responsibilities;
  • Excellent communication skills in Russian/English, good presentation skills;
  • English: upper-intermediate or higher;

It’ll be nice if you have:

  • Experience of work with Systems Engineers (DevOps);
  • Experienced in ITIL;
  • Knowledge of the technologies used by software development or systems engineers teams;
  • Programming skills and knowledge of Linux-like operating systems;
  • Experience in building and managing international teams;
  • Experience in process setup and fine tuning;

In this role, you will:

  • Create a service model for the unit and continuously improving processes for the Systems Engineers team;
  • Communicating with other teams on incoming tasks, clarifying requirements;
  • Communicating with external service providers;
  • Support the ITIL practices, provide planning and road-mapping;
  • Provide stakeholders with data needed to make decisions on products development planning;
  • Maintaining the tools supporting the team’s processes (Youtrack, Jira, Confluence, Reports, and Charts).

  • Contribute to internal knowledge base and development processes.
