Team Overview

We invite you to join our superior IT Support Team. It consists of several sub-teams providing high-class technical support for all our product development and business teams. Our IT Support engineers manage cloud services and local offices’ infrastructure; provide software and hardware procurement; implement business workflow automation. The team works closely with other teams to continually improve tooling and practices and support rapid company growth.

Requirements

  • Higher or secondary specialized technical education
  • Work experience 5+ years as a manager/lead in IT Support
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework
  • Knowledge of Agile processes
  • Understanding of MS cloud technologies stack
  • Understanding the security principles of modern operating systems
  • Understanding the principles of operation of network equipment
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence;

Nice to have

  • Work experience in large companies. Communication and coordination of issues between different departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the IT Support teams, organize a clear roadmap
  • Provide team performance analysis and resource planning
  • Communicate with other teams and work with the Service Catalog
  • Support Agile practices, mentor sub-teams Project Managers
  • Support the team with a servant leadership style and lead by example
  • Provide stakeholders with regular reporting on team performance
  • Maintain the tools supporting the team’s processes (Jira, Confluence, Reports, and Charts)
