The SOFTSWISS Digital Content Team is eager to hire a Social Media Community Manager to join our B2B Marketing Team. We are a group of marketers with mixed backgrounds and experience. We work on promoting the SOFTSWISS suite of iGaming products and solutions to an international audience and are always learning something new about marketing, iGaming, and IT in general. 

We would love for you to help us develop and manage our B2B social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, YT), as well as additional industry forums. 


  • Take concrete steps towards implementing our social media strategy across the brand’s different social media platforms

  • Manage and execute on our social media calendar
  • Generate content ideas based on current flights, campaigns, press releases, and, of course, our software products
  • Write copy and produce creatives for social media posts, using the format and content appropriate to the context. We work with both an in-house designer and creative agencies
  • Moderate conversations across owned social channels and build a community 
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Employer brand teams on cross-department tasks


  • +3 years working with the social media platforms listed above

  • Knowledge of key social metrics across different platforms
  • Good understanding of the differences between the platforms and how to take advantage of their unique features
  • You can demonstrate prior experience working with B2B SM channels
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2, C1 or even C2); don’t tell us you are a C1 speaker unless you can back it up. At the same time, feel free to apply if you can brush up on your skills in a short period of time.
  • Bachelor’s and or master’s degree in marketing OR proof of relevant experience in a similar position or company
  • You are a savvy computer user with an interest in tech

  • You do a lot of reading and likely have more email subscriptions and saved articles than you can count
