Requirements and Skills:
• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a leading software company with an excellent bar of engineering talent;
• Understanding of all methods and techniques of staff selection,; including search methods and tools (g. social media);
• Proven experience in identifying and attracting top- level candidates;
• Proven work experience as a senior recruiting manager or in a similar position in various technology companies;
• Experience in IT and gamedev;
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to establish long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates);
• Fluency in English (B2+/Upper-Intermediate+)


• Search for highly qualified candidates in various open sources (specialized websites, social networks, recruiting agencies, and other sources);
• Search and select solutions at the managerial level (highest level);
• Study the labor market and search for the most effective human resources;
• Directly interact with the Managers of the company on the selection and filling top vacancies;
• Forecast the need for hiring staff based on business growth plans;
• Manage the resource database and implement a robust forward load plan fit for the business needs;
• Implement new talent sourcing methods;
• Improve deployed workers retention rates by improving candidate engagement and improving worker expectations.
