Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
  • Collaborate with and coach Hiring Managers to meet recruitment needs
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Manage the scheduling of the interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers
  • Keeping up to date with new technological trends and products

Requirements

  • Strong experience in end to end recruitment process within an international company
  • Strong expertise in tech industry
  • Experience with various sourcing platforms and job boards
  • Great communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing & interviewing techniques
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, help to investigate and analyze which candidate will be the best fit for each position
  • Understanding the real interests of candidates and building long-term relationships with them
  • Fluent English
