Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a HR Operations Specialist in Poznań, Poland. We need a true, experienced, accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and maintain the team schedule & attendance, prepare and finalise hours reports for the team
- Oversee office activities and conditions, ensuring a smooth operation of the team
- Handle ad hoc operational tasks from senior managers and HRBPs (onboarding, training, offboarding, etc)
- Review candidate test tasks and participate in interviews together with managers to assess culture fit and soft skills
- Maintain and update Confluence documentation in collaboration with the HRBP team
- Maintain team projects dashboards and automations of the processes
- Support HRBP team in preparation of monthly/quarterly reports for the senior managers
Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian and English (B2+/C1)
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- High typing speed
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear way
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Self-organization and time management
- Responsible attitude
- Team player
- Ability and motivation to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
