Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Lead Manual QA. We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- At least 2 years of experience in a role of QA Lead;
- Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, processes and tools;
- Strong team player with good analytical, technical and problem-solving skills;
- Proved leadership skills and ability to take ownership and drive problems to resolution;
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and commitments;
- Set up and improve QA processes, procedures, quality gates;
- Definition and analysis of QA metrics for product and processes;
- Experience with CI/CD technologies, SQL and NoSQL databases, testing APIs, backend integrations.
Key requirements:
- Plan, coordinate, estimate and prioritise testing activities;
- Work closely with multiple teams to identify test coverage and ensure the project delivered with the highest quality;
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated);
- Diagnose the most complex defects and track them from discovery to resolution;
- Analyse issues to constantly improve the quality of the product, processes, and tools;
- Provide reports on conducted tests and product quality;
- Measure the quality of the product and processes.
Also, you will be able:
- Set the technical vision and coordinate test automation;
- Mentor other QA engineers on best practices and processes.
