SOFTSWISS is hiring an Account Manager to join our dynamic Game Aggregator team. We are seeking a client-focused, results-driven professional who will build strong partnerships with our casino operator clients, drive growth through upselling and cross-selling, and ensure top-tier client satisfaction.

Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with casino operator clients, ensuring their success with the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator. By acting as a trusted partner, you will drive client satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and provide insights that help clients optimize their performance while strengthening SOFTSWISS’s market presence in the region.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for casino operator clients, building strong and lasting relationships
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client accounts and drive revenue growth
- Resolve client issues efficiently by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely solutions
- Monitor and analyze client account performance, providing actionable insights for optimization
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to deliver strategic recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to support clients with ongoing requirements or challenges
Required Experience:
- Written and spoken English at C1+ level
- 2+ years in account management and/or customer success management
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve client performance
- Experience resolving client issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction
