Acts as a bridge between SOFTSWISS and its clients. Their main duty is to promptly and efficiently attend to the needs and queries of clients, with the goal of fostering and preserving robust relationships. Generally, each specialist in the team handles several smaller accounts or a few larger ones.

Business Account Management

Plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of the Game Aggregator's clients. They are responsible for all operational and business matters related to the online casinos that use third-party platforms. As business account managers, the team works closely with clients to understand their specific needs, goals, and challenges. They provide personalised support and guidance to ensure that clients are getting the most out of the company services. The team also works closely with the internal teams to ensure that all client needs are being met.

Technical Account Management

The team is responsible for all technical matters. Technical Account Managers are 2nd line support managers, they deal with escalated tickets from the Helpdesk (Jira BBCUS) and with technical issues reported in Jira GATS (issues raised by managers or game providers). Integration Managers are responsible for integrating and onboarding new clients and game providers.
