At SOFTSWISS I was challenged with tasks such as setting up CI/CD on several projects and got some useful experience in a management position. The company not only provides opportunities for growth but also constantly allocates resources for employee development, e.g. I attended QA Lead courses and an IT conference in Poznan. I highly appreciate the openness in interacting with my colleagues. I like to work in the company and I recommend it to my friends.

When I try to remember the most pleasant moment in the company, I can definitely name my first working day at SOFTSWISS, when I found another family that supports me and rejoices at my success. Thanks to this support, in my time at the company, I have grown as a person and as a specialist. A team of professionals in their field, English courses, trips to corporate events and a huge potential for personal and professional growth make me start every working day with great pleasure.

During my time working here, I have never regretted choosing to work at SOFTSWISS. I have the opportunity to work on an interesting project with a modern wide range of technologies. The company has a lot of truly cool specialists who constantly motivate me to grow professionally, and the company supports this at every stage by helping with courses, conferences, and development plans. The most vivid memory is definitely the corporate event in Dubai – it was unreal to see colleagues from all over the world in such a cool place – it will be remembered for a long time!

When I came to SOFTSWISS I was surprised and impressed by the friendly and supportive atmosphere we have here. Challenging tasks that require you to think out of the box? Check. Flexibility in everything, from scheduling to picking a work location to getting resources to solve a task? Check. Looks like a perfect combination to me. Building a new team was a bit challenging yet pleasurable experience since we operate in many so different countries and time zones – a truly international and multicultural experience.

I joined SOFTSWISS not too long ago after almost 5 years in another IT company. SOFTSWISS offers competitive salaries, a fresh stack of technologies, caring managers, and the possibility to be promoted. My feeling about the environment inside the company is that it helps you to develop yourself (hard-skill courses, English). It also offers events in different countries that you can attend and travel to. There is no barrier to having a conversation with your line manager or even high-level managers and that is great! Medical insurance and sport is a part of the social pack. We were in Dubai during our corporate event – and it is the most memorable event ever, that was amazing.

The most lovable thing about the company is the SOFTSWISS people themselves, never have I seen such a friendly and professional community in my career. I was welcomed with a lot of warmth from day one and still feel it day by day. Here, we literally work hard and play hard, brightest example of playing hard can be a wonderful trip to Dubai arranged by SOFTSWISS for its employees. We are challenged with interesting and exciting tasks every day that help us grow professionally.
