Our offices in Poland, Malta and Georgia provide comfortable furnishings, high-quality appliances, and comfy areas to rest and chat with coworkers during breaks.
Medical insurance
We care about our employees' wellbeing and health and provide them with health insurance. All SOFTSWISS employees receive insurance or compensation for medical services regardless of their location or type of contract, from the very first day of employment.

We encourage our employees’ professional growth and hunger for knowledge! SOFTSWISS compensates tuition fees for internal and external educational programs, courses, conferences, etc.
