Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for an Accountant.

Purpose of the role:
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of all cash-related operations, from daily bank and corporate card transactions to crypto payments and intercompany reconciliations. By maintaining full control over payment workflows, vendor and customer data, and classification of cash flow items, you will contribute directly to the integrity and reliability of the company’s financial processes.
In addition, you will support the preparation of monthly cash flow statements, participate in budgeting, and actively contribute to the automation and improvement of reporting and payment processes. Your strong Excel skills, familiarity with 1C, Xero, or similar systems, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will help streamline operations and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Workflow and payments control
- Daily processing of bank statements, corporate card transactions and crypto payments
- Monitoring the accuracy of all cash-related operations · Intercompany accounts reconciliation
- Working with payment requests (creation and review), ensuring proper classification of cash flow items
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams on payment processing, data exports and related matters
- Work with the vender/customer directory: unification, maintenance, enhancement initiatives
- Monthly preparation of CF statements
- Participation in the automation of cash flow and reporting processes
- Participation in the budgeting process
- Other ad hoc work as required
Required Experience:
- Higher education in finance/accounting or related
- 2 years of relevant work experience preferably within international companies
- English and Russian (at least Upper-Intermediate, both written and oral)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with 1C and Xero or similar software
- Ability to work with repetitive tasks and maintain accuracy, meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
