Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Junior Brand Manager to join our Brand Awareness and Engagement team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented marketing specialist to support the development and daily execution of brand initiatives across multiple channels and markets. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their marketing career who seeks hands-on experience in brand strategy, creative production, cross-functional collaboration, and campaign execution within an international tech environment.
Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of consistent, impactful brand communications that strengthen SOFTSWISS’s market presence and ensure alignment with our brand standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help execute brand plans, produce marketing materials, coordinate event-related activities, and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, contributing directly to brand recognition, engagement, and business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute the strategy and quarterly/monthly brand communication plans through cross-team collaboration.
- Prepare advertising materials such as key visuals (KVs), product presentations, commercial offers, one-pagers, banners, etc.
- Develop video materials to support brand and product promotion.
- Ensure brand book compliance and consistency across all marketing materials.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to prepare the brand for participation in industry events, such as exhibitions and awards.
- Work closely with teams like PR, Digital, Content, Product, and Business Development to drive marketing and business KPIs and improve efficiency.
- Continuously monitor competitor activity to stay competitive.
- Oversee document flow and project administration.
Required Experience:
- Higher education in marketing or related fields.
- At least 1 years experience working in the Marketing department in companies with high marketing activity.
- Confident PC user.
- Proficiency in English at the B2 level.
- High level of skills in setting objectives and working in cross-functional teams.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- High motivation, positive thinking, ability to cope with multitasking, stress resistance
