Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Brand Manager – Middle to join our Marketing Team. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Brand Manager to strengthen our global brand presence, ensure consistency across touchpoints, and drive brand initiatives that support business growth across our iGaming products and markets.
Purpose of the role:
You will drive and strengthen SOFTSWISS brand positioning across global markets to increase awareness, trust, and product recognition. Your work will ensure consistent brand communication across channels, support go-to-market initiatives, and enhance how our products are perceived by clients, partners, and the wider iGaming community.
Key responsibilities:
- Actively participate in developing and implementing marketing strategies for brand and product promotion.
- Prepare detailed monthly and campaign-based communication plans, including priorities (focus products), objectives, key messages, target regions, and communication channels.
- Create marketing and advertising materials such as key visuals (KV), product presentations, commercial proposals, one-pagers, banners, and other collateral.
- Actively participate in producing video content to support brand and product promotion.
- Define and maintain brand and product positioning, visual style, target audience profiles, consumer insights, and key messaging, as well as oversee implementation.
- Participate in strategic planning for brand and product promotion initiatives.
- Execute quarterly and monthly communication plans in close cross-functional collaboration.
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts related to the brand’s participation in industry events, exhibitions, and awards.
- Monitor performance metrics, ensure KPI achievement, and initiate activities to improve results.
- Continuously analyze competitor activities and market trends. Manage and optimize marketing budget allocation.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting.
- Ensure consistent communication of brand positioning across internal and external environments through all available channels.
- Maintain compliance with brand visual identity (VisID) standards in all communication materials.
- Strengthen brand image and increase target audience loyalty using effective marketing tools.
Required Experience:
- Essential Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in companies with high marketing activity.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and strong understanding of their specifics.
- English proficiency at Advanced level.
- Russian proficiency at Advanced level.
- Strong task management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- High motivation, positive mindset, ability to multitask, and stress resilience.
- Desirable Experience in marketing IT products.
- Experience working with B2B audiences.
