Our goal is to automate accounting routines, accelerate management reporting, and automate business processes not only for the finance department, but across the entire company. Our work involves solving complex and non-trivial tasks that require thoughtful analysis and close collaboration with the whole team. Therefore, we are looking for an engaged and motivated specialist.
Purpose of the role:
The purpose of this role is to bridge business and development teams by collecting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into clear and actionable inputs for the development team. The Business Analyst ensures alignment between business needs and technical solutions, supporting developers and QA throughout the entire software development lifecycle to deliver a high-quality product to end users.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate business ideas into well-structured requirements.
- Formalization, documentation, and visualization of requirements.
- Digest complex requirements and convert them into acceptance criteria.
- Coordination of requirements with the business stakeholders.
- Interaction with the development team.
- Development and maintenance of the documentation.
- Planning and monitoring of the BA process and activities.
Required Experience:
- Russian and English (B2, both written and oral).
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in BA activities.
- Proven business and systems analysis skills with the ability to translate input into well-structured requirements.
- Good knowledge of the main notations of visual modelling.
- Sufficient knowledge and experience in Agile-based methodologies.
- Strong can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Good understanding of technologies and principles of building modern web applications.
Nice to have:
- Experience with projects related to development, accounting, and business applications.
- Experience with 1C software is a plus.
