Purpose of the role:
To drive the expansion and optimisation of FinteqHub’s payment partner network by identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic PSP relationships. This role ensures seamless integration of payment solutions, competitive commercial terms, and high-margin performance across multiple markets, contributing directly to the company’s growth and profitability in high-risk and regulated industries.
Key responsibilities:
- Holding actual PSP and PM research as per our main market needs
- Perform calls and further communication with potential PSPs
- Help the underwriting process by sending requests for Check List, NDAs and KYC/B from the PSP
- Make volume forecasts, rate and fee calculations for new PSPs, BAM and On-boarding Teams
- Work closely with Treasury and Legal team regarding new PSPs, current contracts and commercials, discounts, etc.
- Arrange Referral agreements with PSP, Gateways, Facilitators/Integrators and others and promote to partners
- Control the margin level per market and take actions to increase it
Required Experience:
- Experience 1+ years in the same role or a role related to the current position
- Experience in high-risk verticals such as forex, gambling, crypto, and other regulated industries is required
- Experience in Fintech/Payments and working in PSP needed
- An advanced level of English, as both internal communication and communication with clients is in English
- Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Previous experience in creating and implementing strong relationships with clients
