Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Commercial Operations Specialist – Junior to support and optimise commercial processes across the business. In this role, you’ll assist with coordination, reporting, and operational tasks that help drive efficiency and support commercial growth.
Purpose of the role:
You will support the execution and improvement of commercial processes, helping ensure accurate coordination, reporting, and operational support across commercial activities. Your work will contribute to greater efficiency, data clarity, and consistent execution that enables sustainable commercial growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and ensure consistency of a centralized database of commercial terms and standard (default) offers
- Collect, process, and validate commercial terms across multiple markets, identifying discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy
- Structure and manage market-specific commercial terms, taking into account local business and regulatory requirements
- Develop, update, and adapt standard (default) commercial offers for different markets in line with the company’s commercial policy
- Review and validate offers prepared by Business Development and Account Management teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved commercial terms (commercial policy)
Required Experience:
- Analytical thinking
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Russian – B2/Native
- English – B1 and above
Nice to have:
- Experience in working with the documents (Foreign Trade Agreements, Invoices etc.)
- Experience in working with 1C, PowerBI, Tableau etc
- Experience as an account manager will be a plus
