Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a CRM Manager – Middle to join our Business Development Team. You’ll take ownership of our CRM ecosystem, driving its adoption, optimization, and impact across multiple departments while helping scale how we use data to support business growth.
About Product:
The SOFTSWISS Sportsbook is a software platform designed for launching and managing a successful online sports betting business. The Sportsbook team’s goal is to develop truly innovative software that will make the process of creating and running a bookmaker website faster and easier for our clients. We are searching for driven individuals who are passionate about what they do and are ready to work on engaging tasks and exciting projects together.
Purpose of the role:
- You’ll optimize CRM usage across the business development function to improve efficiency and decision-making
- You’ll develop reporting and data insights to support performance improvements and strategic initiatives
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CRM system usage across multiple teams to improve adoption and efficiency
- Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights that support business growth and cross-selling opportunities
- Build and improve workflows and automation within the CRM to streamline operations
- Develop internal reporting capabilities, reducing reliance on external tools
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM performance and usability
- Support and guide 30–40+ users, acting as the main point of contact for CRM-related topics
Required Experience:
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Russian language skills at B2 level or higher
- Several years of experience in a hands-on CRM role (e.g. CRM Manager, CRM Specialist, CRM Analyst)
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actions
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and workflow/automation setup
- Proven ability to improve processes and optimize system usage
Nice to have:
- Experience in the iGaming industry
- Experience building CRM processes or functions from scratch
- Based in Warsaw
