Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a CRM / Retention Specialist. You’ll analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to improve processes.
Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for analyzing CRM and retention performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the development of initiatives that increase long-term player engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyzing CRM and retention metrics and identifying areas for growth
- Working with lifecycle-based CRM strategies
- Building and optimizing trigger-based CRM flows
- Running and evaluating A/B tests to improve engagement and retention
- Preparing clear, actionable insights and recommendations based on data
- Collaborating with internal teams (Product, Analytics, CRM) to implement improvements
- Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and suggesting optimizations
- Promoting a data-driven approach to CRM decision-making
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing within iGaming
- Strong understanding of the player lifecycle and retention mechanics
- Hands-on experience with audience segmentation
- Experience building and optimizing trigger-based CRM flows
- Practical experience with A/B testing and performance analysis
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with metrics
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into practical actions
- English level B1 or higher
- Native-level proficiency in Russian for communication
