SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Middle CRM Specialist.

Purpose of the Role:
You will be responsible for building long-term customer relationships through marketing automation, advanced segmentation, and personalized communication strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategy Execution: Implement and manage campaigns to optimise customer engagement
- CRM & Automation: Full-cycle management of automated workflows and triggers within Customer.io
- Lifecycle Management: Tailor retention efforts to various customer segments to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Multi-channel Outreach: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, Push) to reactivate dormant users and maintain active engagement
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (Churn rates, LTV, Retention Rate) and provide actionable insights for optimization
- Targeting: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor user behavior and ensure personalized messaging aligns with user preferences
Required Experience:
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in customer-facing or analytical roles
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Customer.io (setting up complex segments and automated flows) is mandatory
- Analytical Skills: Ability to work with data, spot trends, and make decisions based on performance metrics
- Communication: Excellent teamwork abilities and a proactive, responsible approach
- English Proficiency: B2 level or higher (essential for working with technical interfaces and global strategies)
