Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior Culture & Employee Experience Specialist to join our People Experience & Culture (PX&C) team. We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven professional to own the design, implementation, and evolution of cultural programs, recognition initiatives, and employee engagement practices that bring our mission and values to life across the organization.
Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for shaping and evolving SOFTSWISS’s culture by designing and implementing initiatives that make our mission and values tangible in employees’ daily experiences. This includes leading recognition programs, creating meaningful cultural touch points across the employee journey, conducting engagement research, and embedding desired behaviors in partnership with leaders — all to strengthen our internal employer brand and drive a positive, high-performing workplace.
Key responsibilities:
- Strengthen SOFTSWISS’s internal employer brand by designing programs and storytelling touchpoints that showcase our tech DNA, values, and mission
- Own and evolve recognition initiatives, including Kudos, awards, gamification mechanics, and other trend-driven ideas
- Design and implement cultural rituals and touchpoints across the employee journey, from onboarding and buddy programs to team symbols and farewells
- Lead engagement research such as pulse surveys, focus groups, and data analysis, translating insights into actionable initiatives
- Track and report culture and engagement metrics (eNPS, Belonging, Culture Pulse, etc.) to measure impact
Required Experience:
- 4–6 years of experience in culture, employee engagement, internal communications, employer branding, or HR
- Proven expertise in recognition programs, engagement measurement, and implementing cultural initiatives
- Strong understanding of employee experience frameworks and internal employer brand positioning
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Experience with digital employee experience platforms or engagement tools
- Advanced Russian
- Exposure to global or multi-location company culture programs
