Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join our Game Aggregator team. You’ll support client operations and project configuration, working closely with clients and other Game Aggregator teams.

The SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator is a high-load casino games API platform that connects operator platforms to multiple remote game servers via a single integration.

You’ll solve complex technical challenges and help power one of the industry’s leading aggregation platforms.
Purpose of the role:
You’ll support the setup and ongoing operation of client projects by processing requests, checking functionality, managing documentation, and communicating important changes to clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Process requests to enable new providers and currencies for the casino.
- Check the functionality of newly enabled providers and currencies in the casino.
- Collect required documents from clients and check that all necessary documents are provided according to the required list.
- Perform technical configuration of new projects.
- Prepare invoices and various reports for clients.
- Communicate with clients and collaborate with other Game Aggregator teams.
- Inform clients about important changes and monitor the implementation of these changes.
Required Experience:
- Written and spoken English at B1–B2 level.
- Written and spoken Russian at least B2+ level.
- Strong self-organisation, multitasking skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to independently search for, analyse, and systematise information.
