SOFTSWISS is hiring a Game Release Manager – Junior to join the Game Aggregator team.
You’ll work on coordinating and maintaining the release flow of new games from global partners into our aggregation system, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across all channels.

Purpose of the role:
You will coordinate and maintain the end-to-end game release process to ensure accurate, complete, and timely availability of game content across the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator platform. Your work will impact data reliability, partner communication, and the quality of game information delivered to clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy and completeness of game information within internal systems to ensure data consistency across the platform
- Add new games from partner feeds and manage updates to existing game entries, ensuring all changes are correctly reflected
- Communicate with game providers regarding new releases, technical updates, metadata changes, and required graphic assets
- Upload, organise, and maintain game-related graphic materials in the CDN/asset repository according to internal standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow and timely execution of release processes
Required Experience:
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Russian language skills at B1 level or higher
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and Excel
