Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Head of Brand Marketing to lead the evolution of our global brand presence. You’ll join the Marketing Team to drive brand strategy and communication across multiple products and markets, shaping how SOFTSWISS is perceived in the iGaming industry and beyond.
Purpose of the role:
You’ll lead the brand marketing strategy to strengthen SOFTSWISS’s market position, unify product narratives, and ensure consistent, impactful communication across all channels and regions.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall brand marketing strategy for brand and product promotion.
- Design and execute annual brand and product promotion plans across all relevant communication channels.
- Create detailed monthly and campaign-specific communication plans, including priorities (focus products), objectives, key messages, target geographies, channels, and KPIs.
- Oversee the development of creative communication materials for advertising campaigns (key visuals, banners, videos, etc.) using both internal and external resources.
- Prepare additional marketing collateral such as product presentations, commercial proposals, and one-pagers.
- Research and analyse the competitive landscape and trends in the iGaming industry.
- Initiate, coordinate, and participate in marketing research projects.
- Develop and refine brand and product positioning, including visual identity and brand style.
- Prepare monthly reports on executed and planned marketing activities.
- Manage and optimise the marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Oversee project documentation and ensure proper workflow and reporting.
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong background in B2B tech, SaaS, or platform-based businesses, including 5+ years in leading international brand teams.
- A proven track record of developing global brand strategies and leading complex, multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong ability to position a product in competitive markets and translate insights into compelling strategic narratives.
- A blend of analytical thinking and creative intuition, with the ability to lead with clarity and confidence.
- Comfort in navigating ambiguity, scaling systems, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- A strong, proactive mindset, with problem-solving skills and the drive to go the extra mile.
- Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other highly regulated industries would be a significant advantage.
- Advanced level of English and Russian languages.
