Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for an HR Admin. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Сomplete lifecycle of employee management, from hiring to intricacies of leave administration, contract modifications, and handling of dismissals, all while ensuring documentation standards
- Сommunication among key stakeholders, including accountants, recruiters, HR Business Partners, and management
Requirements:
- Proven experience within an HR department, specifically in personnel management
- In-depth knowledge of Polish labor law
- Familiarity with the nuances of employing foreigners in Poland, including a general understanding of their employment processes
- Proficiency in documentation management
- Language skills: Native or near-native proficiency in Russian, with English at a B1 level and Polish at A2/B1
- Exceptional communication skills
- Work in Warsaw office
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of the processes involved in the legalization of foreign workers in Poland
