Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring Internal Communications Manager who will help employees feel the pulse of the company, understand where we’re headed, and get inspired by what we’re building together.
Purpose of the role:
You’ll bridge big strategic goals with the day-to-day life of teams, turning news and changes into clear, engaging, and relatable stories. In this role, you’ll design and launch formats that keep people informed, connected, and engaged – whether it’s across the whole company or within a specific hub. It’s about speaking the language of the team, not just the language of strategies, and staying true to the SOFTSWISS spirit – open, energetic, and human.
Key responsibilities:
- Turn corporate news and changes into clear, engaging stories tailored to different teams and hubs
- Plan and roll out local communication activities that align with the overall internal communications strategy
- Contribute to planning and managing local communication budgets and activity calendars
- Manage and develop our channels (Slack, Confluence) so people want to check them not just “for work” but because they’re useful, relevant, and worth their time
- Organize and moderate formats that bring people closer together: AMA sessions, interviews, town halls, workshops, and more
- Work with team leaders to help them deliver messages that are heard, understood, and acted on
- Support teams and leaders through change, turning business transformations into clear and motivating stories
- Gather insights and feedback from employees, analyze channel and engagement metrics, and recommend improvements
- Support initiatives from other departments and internal communities, adding communication magic to make them shine
Required Experience:
- Experience in internal communications within an IT or tech company – ideally in an international environment and in a role supporting leaders and delivering communication projects
- Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of how to design an internal communications strategy and adapt it for different teams, products, and locations
- Experience working with senior leadership and multicultural teams
- Creative thinking and the ability to design formats that engage and inspire
- Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to create modern, visually strong presentations
- Confident public speaking skills, diplomacy, and the ability to build strong relationships
- Flexibility and comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and formats can change quickly
