Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for Internal Communications Team Lead. We need a true, experienced professional who shares our culture and values.
Purpose of the role:
Your mission is to make internal communications a driver of culture. Not just “posting updates,” but helping people feel connected, understand their impact, and be proud of what we’re building together. This is about honest and open leadership comms, about formats that work (from livestreams and AMAs to new rituals and campaigns), and about making the complex simple and engaging.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the IC team and grow its expertise.
- Partner with C-level and managers: help them be transparent, human, and clear in their communications.
- Create formats that truly engage and shape culture: livestreams, AMAs, storytelling, rituals, interactive projects.
- Apply modern approaches: psychology of perception, neuro-communications, marketing techniques.
- Experiment: bring ideas from media, culture, community-building and adapt them to SOFTSWISS.
- Measure impact not only by numbers (reach, eNPS) but also by how people respond: trust, engagement, pride. What we expect.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in internal communications, EB, HR, or media, where you led processes, projects, or teams.
- Strong experience working with top leaders, helping them communicate openly and effectively.
- Great storytelling skills: you know how to find and tell stories that people connect with.
- Balance between creativity and structure: you can both ideate and deliver.
- Solid English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Experience in IT, Game Dev, iGaming or fast-scaling international companies.
- Knowledge of neuro-communications and psychology of perception.
- Real cases where you’ve shifted culture or engagement through communications.
- Russian is an asset
