Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Key Business Development Manager to drive our expansion across Asian markets. You’ll take the lead in building strong, lasting relationships with operators and partners, bringing SOFTSWISS solutions to the forefront of one of the most dynamic regions in iGaming. This is a high-impact role where market insight and strategic execution come together to fuel business growth.
Purpose of the role:
You’ll drive the growth of SOFTSWISS across key Asian markets by identifying high-potential opportunities, securing strategic partnerships, and promoting our core products to regional operators. Your work will directly impact our market presence, revenue growth, and long-term client relationships in a highly competitive landscape.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, grow and maintain a strong network and community of operator brands and key industry partners;
- Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities across the region and act as the primary SOFTSWISS representative and brand ambassador in Asian markets;
- Promote and sell the main SoftSwiss products: Casino Platform, Game Aggregator, Sportsbook, Jackpot Aggregator;
- Execute annual and quarterly business development goals in line with company strategy;
- Attend and actively participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events;
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, commercial negotiations, and contract closure;
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success;
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments across Asia;
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline status, forecasts, and achieved results.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, sales or partnerships within iGaming;
- Strong understanding of the Asian iGaming market and its operator landscape;
- Established network within the Asian iGaming ecosystem is a strong advantage;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Comfortable representing the company at high-level meetings, events, and social settings;
- Willingness to travel frequently across Asian markets;
- Fluent English and Mandarin are required.
