Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Manual QA Engineer. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
You’ll work in our Setup Team, contributing to our continued growth and innovation in the Casino Platform.
Purpose of the Role:
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by applying industry-standard QA practices and tools.
You’ll collaborate closely with development and product teams to design, execute, and optimize test plans across the full software development lifecycle.
Your work will help identify and resolve issues early, drive continuous improvements in testing processes, and contribute to seamless, high-quality product releases.

Key responsibilities:
- Participation in refinement sessions and QA process improvements;
- Ability to mentor junior QA engineers and lead testing initiatives;
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to quality;
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps, Backend, Frontend)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance;
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
- Solid experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases;
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Xray, Zephyr);
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
- Experience with REST API testing (e.g., Postman, Swagger, automated API scripts);
- Knowledge of browser dev tools, network analysis, and debugging techniques;
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines;
- Proficiency in defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good spoken and written English communication skills (B2+ or higher);
Nice to have:
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO);
- Experience in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android);
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6);
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., gambling, banking, health tech);
