Purpose of the role:

You will ensure the high quality and reliability of Finteqhub’s PCI DSS certified payment gateway, enabling secure and seamless payment experiences for online businesses.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing test documentation, including specifications, test cases and test plans
• Logging issues into the bug tracking system
• Performing functional and regression testing
• Collaborating closely with developers, analysts and designers
• Participating in discussions of new features and suggesting improvements to enhance the product

Required Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in a QA Engineer role
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, principles of modern distributed applications, and microservices architecture
• Experience in testing web applications: REST APIs (browser DevTools, Postman) and UI components
• Familiarity with basic SQL (PostgreSQL)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• At least an Intermediate level of English, sufficient to write documentation proficiently (documentation and specifications are in English)
• Russian – native-level proficiency

Nice to have:

• Experience in testing applications related to finance or other domains where data security and integrity are critical requirements
• Broad technical knowledge
• Experience in automation using Java, Playwright Grade: middle
