Purpose of the role:
We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who will help us gain full visibility and control over marketing performance across our casino brands. The role focuses on analysing acquisition quality, evaluating the effectiveness of marketing spend, comparing performance across clients and launches, and uncovering insights, patterns, and benchmarks that drive better marketing and business decisions.
Key responsibilities:

Work closely with marketing, account management, and business teams to:

Understand acquisition strategies, traffic sources, and campaign setups

Define meaningful marketing, financial, and quality metrics to evaluate client performance

Analyze marketing performance across multiple casino brands and clients:

Assess acquisition quality and traffic efficiency
-
Evaluate new and existing launches
-
Compare performance between clients, brands, and traffic sources
-

Build and maintain benchmarks and performance baselines:
-
Identify best- and worst-performing patterns
-
Track deviations from expected performance
-

Run in-depth marketing analytics:
-
Funnel and conversion analysis
-
Cohort-based performance analysis
-
LTV, payback period, and efficiency metrics
-

Build and maintain BI dashboards (preferably in Tableau):
-
Marketing performance dashboards
-
Client and brand comparison views
-
Operational and management reporting
-
-
Perform ad-hoc analyses for marketing, account management, and leadership teams to support tactical and strategic decisions
-
Monitor data quality and consistency across marketing, user, and financial data
-
Document metrics definitions, analytical approaches, benchmarks, and key insights
Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst / Data Analyst / Performance Analyst
-
Strong analytical and business understanding of marketing performance:
-
Acquisition quality and traffic efficiency
-
Key marketing and financial metrics
-
Ability to interpret numbers in a business context
-

Experience working with marketing, performance, or financial data across multiple clients, brands, or products

Solid understanding of marketing analytics concepts:

Funnels and conversion logic
-
Cohort-based analysis
-
LTV, payback period, ROI, and efficiency metrics
-

Ability to translate business and marketing questions into analytical tasks and insights:
-
Define the right metrics, data cuts, and benchmarks
-
Clearly explain results to non-technical stakeholders
-

Experience with BI tools, ideally Tableau
- Russian level B2
-
English level B2:
-
Confident participation in calls and discussions with English-speaking colleagues and clients
-
Comfortable with written communication and reading documentation
-
Nice to have:

Experience in iGaming / fintech / B2B SaaS / marketing platforms
-
Understanding of iGaming unit economics: (deposits, bonuses, bets, NGR, etc.)

Basic statistics: confidence intervals, p-values, common pitfalls in experiment interpretation

SQL: ability to read and write analytical queries, joins, basic aggregations, window functions

Experience with ClickHouse

Python for analytics
