Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager/ Brand Generalist, ready to take full ownership of our product’s marketing direction and execution.
This role combines brand strategy, content, communications, campaigns, PR, events, analytics, and offers a high degree of autonomy and impact.

Key responsibilities:
Brand & Strategy
- Develop and evolve the product’s brand identity (positioning, tone of voice, visual style)
- Plan and execute the marketing strategy and annual promotion roadmap
- Build and strengthen brand awareness through strategic activities, campaigns, partnerships, thought leadership
- Monitor brand reputation, visibility, market perception
Content, PR & Communications
- Create and manage content across the website blog, social media, newsletters, product materials
- Lead PR activities: press releases, public announcements, media commentary
- Maintain media relations and secure consistent, positive coverage
- Engage with industry communities and forums: participate in relevant discussions, answer mentions, maintain presence
- List and maintain the brand on directories, review platforms, ratings, and industry listings
Campaigns & Creative
- Plan and execute digital and social marketing campaigns (email, social, paid/organic)
- Develop messaging, visuals, and creative concepts. Own and coordinate production of marketing assets: banners, landing pages, promo materials
- Drive initiatives that strengthen brand visibility (podcasts, interviews, thought leadership, collaborations, sponsorships, awards)
Partnerships, Events & Negotiations
- Manage relationships with media partners, affiliate partners, conference organizers, event vendors, stand builders
- Negotiate sponsorship packages and secure award nominations
- Plan and execute participation in conferences and industry events
Analytics & Performance
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, brand awareness and reputation metrics
- Research competitors, industry trends, best practices in the iGaming space
Budget & Operations
- Own and manage the marketing budget across activities and channels
- Source, brief, and coordinate freelancers and external agencies
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and shared objectives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS or iGaming
- Advanced Russian and English
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills — you enjoy writing
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing tools
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on problem-solving
