Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring an Operations Manager to support the operational stability and performance of assigned projects. This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and cross-functional coordination, requiring a proactive and ownership-driven professional who can efficiently manage operational processes and ensure smooth day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams.
Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for overseeing operational processes, monitoring business performance, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring operational efficiency across ongoing initiatives. The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to quickly identify root causes of issues, make decisions, and drive cross-functional initiatives through to completion in a fast-paced iGaming environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze key product and financial metrics across projects on a daily basis
- Identify anomalies, risks, and growth opportunities before they impact the business
- Conduct initial root-cause analysis together with analysts and internal teams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational incidents and business issues efficiently
- Monitor task execution, SLA compliance, and timely escalation of critical issues
- Ensure alignment and effective communication between internal departments
- Translate business needs into actionable internal tasks and oversee their execution
- Initiate process improvements and scale successful practices across multiple projects
- Maintain operational documentation, processes, and workflows in Confluence
- Support operational planning and execution across ongoing initiatives
Required Experience:
- Experience in iGaming in Operations, Project Management, or Account Management roles
- Strong understanding of product and financial metrics
- Ability to analyze data and identify root causes of deviations
- Experience identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational processes
- Ability to propose and implement operational process improvements
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence
- High level of ownership and proactivity
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
