Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Payment Account Manager to join our PSP Account Management team. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to optimise payment operations, support business growth, and ensure a high standard of service across payment solutions and integrations.
Purpose of the Role:
You’ll build strong client partnerships and support the smooth operation across assigned clients. Your work will focus on analysing performance, solving operational challenges, and aligning client needs with internal teams to drive effective outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders on the client side.
- Understand client business models, operational processes, and payment-related needs.
- Monitor and forecast key payment performance metrics.
- Create development plans for assigned clients.
- Collaborate with PSP Business Development, Technical teams, Business Account Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and drive successful outcomes.
- Communicate client requirements and feedback to internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve account management processes and implement initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality.
Required Experience:
- Experience in client-facing roles involving relationship management, account management, or customer success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
- Russian native-level proficiency.
- Good understanding of the IT industry and key business processes.
- Strong time management skills.
- A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Fintech, Payments, or Payment Service Provider (PSP) environments.
- Previous account management experience.
- Familiarity with the Gambling or iGaming industry.
- Basic understanding of platform functionality and knowledge of Devcode.
