Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a PR Assistant. We need a motivated and skilled candidate who shares our culture and values.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting news pieces and posting content on the company website
- Creating UTM tags and distributing press releases
- Participate in launching massive PR campaigns for different markets
- Assisting PR managers with ongoing projects and ad hoc requests
- Preparing and maintaining reports on publications and collaborating with analysts to evaluate PR effectiveness
- Coordinating tasks related to visual materials for press releases and articles
- Managing awards submissions and tracking industry recognitions
- Updating media profiles and databases
- Handling documentation related to PR initiatives
Requirements:
- 0,5+ years of experience in PR, communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- B2+ level of Russian
- Proactive approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of media monitoring tools
Additional skills:
- Experience with PR tools such as Prowly, Newswire, or similar platforms is an advantage
- Additional language skills
