Purpose of the role:
You will drive product growth by analyzing partner performance, identifying opportunities, and guiding data-driven improvements, acting as the key link between partners and internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize the product funnel, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and key metrics
- Monitor and compare partner performance using data provided by the analytics team, uncovering trends and growth opportunities
- Develop and prioritize product improvements and growth initiatives based on data and business impact
- Formulate hypotheses, plan experiments, and run tests to validate product ideas
- Collaborate closely with development and design teams to implement features and improvements
- Serve as the main point of contact with partners for product-related requests, understanding requirements and aligning them with platform capabilities
- Evaluate feature and product decisions from a business and profitability perspective
- Work with analytics to support data-driven decision making and growth strategies
Required Experience:
- Experience as a Product Manager in iGaming
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product funnels and user journeys
- Knowledge of product metrics and KPI tracking
- Hands-on experience in product analytics and interpreting data
- Experience with A/B testing
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions based on metrics
- English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
- Proficient in Russian – both in written and verbal communication
