Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a PSP Financial Manager.
We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for financial controlling of PSP operation, including regular reconciliations, billing and liquidity control, reporting, as well as corresponding regular communication with the providers. Your role will support seamless payment processes, cash flow optimization, risk management, and contribute to automation and efficiency improvements within the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Reconciliations with payment system providers (PSP), investigation of discrepancies
- Liquidity monitoring: top-up, invoice control, settlements control
- Ongoing communication with PSPs
- Ad hoc reports related to PSPs for internal and external stakeholders
- Involvement in automation processes
- Assistance in preparation of internal documentation on PSPs
Required Experience:
- An Economics/Finance/Accounting/Technical degree
- Experience in a related field
- Fluent English (B2 or higher) and Russian (B2 or higher)
- Organizational skills, ability to adapt, prioritize and work within deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
Nice to have:
- Experience in Financial Analysis / Audit Experience in Payments
- Experience with Tableau or similar tools
