SOFTSWISS is hiring a Publishing Success Manager to join our Game Aggregator.

Purpose of the Role:
To drive the growth and performance of partner game studios. This role ensures studios are aligned with high-impact projects, meet key performance benchmarks, and are supported with strategic guidance and insights.

The SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator is a robust API that streamlines the content aggregation process for online casinos. Key responsibilities:
- Regularly analyze and evaluate partner studios to ensure alignment with top-tier projects and performance benchmarks.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with partner studios to maintain clear communication, resolve issues, and unlock growth opportunities.
- Monitor participation of studios in priority and top-performing projects to ensure strategic focus.
- Define, set up, and track key growth and performance metrics to identify strengths, weaknesses, and optimization areas.
- Actively guide and navigate studios toward projects with the highest growth and performance potential.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and support the development of promotional and engagement strategies.
- Share insights, trends, and best practices from the gaming market to support continuous learning and studio improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, and other teams to support partner success.
- Report directly to the Head of Publishing & Partnerships with updates on studio performance, risks, and next steps.
Key requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in account managements or success management positions, iGaming industry expertise is a huge advantage.
- Expertise in outbound/account-based sales is a huge advantage.
- English at C1/C2 level or as a native language.
- Stellar negotiation and networking skills Well-developed prioritizing and time management skills.
- Good understanding of product development lifecycle and process management.
- Open-mindedness and a tendency to thrive in a team environment.
