SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Manual QA Engineer.

Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer who will be responsible for testing new features and existing functionality, performing regression testing, identifying and documenting defects, and helping maintain a high level of product quality.
Key responsibilities:
- Test new features and updates for existing functionality
- Perform functional and non-functional testing
- Conduct regression testing
- Create and maintain test documentation, including checklists, test cases, bug reports, etc.
- Analyze automation test reports and help investigate failures
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure product quality
Required Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Manual QA Engineer, mainly in web-based projects
- Knowledge of software testing techniques and methodologies
- Understanding of modern web application architecture and workflows
- Experience in UI testing based on Figma mockups and troubleshooting using browser DevTools
- Experience with cross-browser and responsive testing
- Experience creating and maintaining test documentation, such as checklists and test cases
- English level: Intermediate+
- Proficiency in Russian, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience working with Git
- Basic knowledge of AI tools
- Knowledge of SEO basics
