Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Senior Retention & Content Manager. You’ll work in our Setup Team, contributing to our continued growth and innovation in the Casino Platform.
Purpose of the role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Retention & Content Manager to lead engagement operations, improve internal workflows, and ensure all website content and communications are clear, structured, and consistently up to date.
Key responsibilities:
- Optimize lifecycle and engagement campaigns using Customer.io (email, SMS, push, in-app).
- Manage promotional mechanics and internal campaigns through the back office, continuously improving processes, reducing time-to-market, and introducing more efficient ways of working.
- Own the website content structure, ensuring clarity, consistency, accuracy, and timely updates across all pages.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide clear, actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and execution.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to junior team members.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, retention, lifecycle marketing, or content operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Customer.io.
- Experience managing promotional mechanics, offers, or incentive-based campaigns.
- Solid background in website management and basic HTML.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership mindset with confidence in managing tasks, priorities, and people.
- English level B1–B2 or higher.
- Russian language skills are a strong advantage.
