Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Retention Specialist. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute strategies to retain players, increase engagement, and reduce churn
- Tailor retention efforts to various player segments, focusing on maximizing lifetime value (LTV)
- Monitor and analyse player activity and behaviour through data analytics tools. Ensure personalized rewards and bonuses are aligned with player preferences
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns (email, SMS, in-game messages) aimed at reactivating dormant players and keeping active players engaged
- Track the performance of campaigns and adjust based on results
- Track retention KPIs such as churn rates, player LTV, and active user metrics
- Generate regular reports on retention efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Handle Player Feedback and Complaints
- Segment and Target Players.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of customer engagement principles
- Analytical skills and responsibility
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- English proficiency (B2 or higher is a plus).
