Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Retention Specialist. You’ll work in our Setup Team, contributing to our continued growth and innovation in the Casino Platform.

Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for owning and delivering multiple retention projects end-to-end, building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, and managing bonus mechanics to drive player engagement. You will ensure accurate setup and quality through close collaboration with technical and creative teams, perform thorough QA before launch, and use performance insights to continuously improve results.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage 2–3 active projects, ensuring timely and flawless delivery of all retention activities.
- Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) using Customer.io.
- Configure and manage bonuses, free spins, reloads, tournaments, and cashback campaigns in the back office.
- Coordinate with Technical Account Managers to validate requirements and ensure accurate setup.
- Perform full QA on campaigns and bonuses prior to launch.
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and content teams to maintain high execution standards.
Required Experience:
- 2+years of CRM/retention experience in iGaming.
- Strong understanding of bonus mechanics and player lifecycle.
- Experience with Customer.io.
- Analytical mindset with close attention to detail.
- Comfortable with HTML.
- English level B1+
